About the Podcast

Midlife Woman
a journey through perimenopause & beyond
Can you leave behind the chaos of perimenopause?
What is awaiting you on the other side?
Welcome to "Midlife Woman", a podcast for women who are transforming - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
We talk about this very normal process in every woman's life. We share stories, we hear from experts who give information about hormones, genitourinary symptoms, pelvic floor issues, the often strange and confusing symptoms of perimenopause, sleep issues, memory, sex, passion, sensuality, relationships and what that "second spring" has in stock for you as you travel on your soul's journey. Host Karin Elias wants to empower women to celebrate this important transition . It's not a disease! It's not a secret! There's no shame being in menopause. Women give birth to the whole world, and when they are finished with that stage of their life, they can become joyful, sensual and wise guides to their peers and to younger generations.
