Overcoming heavy trauma has set her free - meet Deanna

Deanna has always been the trusted friend everyone came to tell their sorrows.

When she was a child, her sensitivity was seen as weakness. After her painful journey of transformation she turned that sensitivity and compassion into her superpower to support others.

Today, Deanna is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Intuitive Coach and Public Speaker. She was born in New York, has lived oversees and now makes the South her home. She's a proud single mom of 3 teenage boys and loves being in nature and at the beach to ground herself.

She has overcome heavy trauma and deep grief and her personal challenges have inspired her to support people on their own life's journey. With her work she creates a safe and trusting place where people can feel seen and find healing, love, balance and health.

Deanna offers in person sessions in Charlotte, NC and she also offers virtual support. Connect with her at HealingHandsbyDeanna, Deannadecamillo, Blue Root Health, and for narcissistic support groups at Meet up

About the Podcast

Midlife Woman
a journey through perimenopause & beyond
Can you leave behind the chaos of perimenopause?
What is awaiting you on the other side?
Welcome to "Midlife Woman", a podcast for women who are transforming - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
We talk about this very normal process in every woman's life. We share stories, we hear from experts who give information about hormones, genitourinary symptoms, pelvic floor issues, the often strange and confusing symptoms of perimenopause, sleep issues, memory, sex, passion, sensuality, relationships and what that "second spring" has in stock for you as you travel on your soul's journey. Host Karin Elias wants to empower women to celebrate this important transition . It's not a disease! It's not a secret! There's no shame being in menopause. Women give birth to the whole world, and when they are finished with that stage of their life, they can become joyful, sensual and wise guides to their peers and to younger generations.
